Nicki Brunton is the heart, vision, and head unicorn behind K.I.D.S Services Pty Ltd (Kindred Inclusive Development Support Services). With nearly two decades of experience working with young people and families, Nicki has built a career and a movement on compassion, creativity, connection, and courage.

Her leadership blends professional depth with down-to-earth humanity, a rare mix of clinical insight and lived experience. From child protection to family coaching, youth empowerment to community innovation, Nicki believes that every individual and every family has a story worth being seen, heard, and supported.

Driven by the belief that growth happens in safe, inclusive spaces, Nicki has expanded K.I.D.S Services from a local idea into a national and international initiative that supports families, professionals, and communities to thrive.

When she isn’t leading her team of unicorns or designing programs that change lives, you’ll find Nicki in her garden, coffee in hand, dreaming up her next big heart-driven project to make the world a little kinder.
